Elisabeth has represented petitioners and patent owners in over 45 PTAB proceedings, including for RPX, Google, Nuance, Sony, LG, Samsung, and others.  She holds a PhD from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, graduated first in her law school class, and brings her unique combination of technical expertise and legal acumen to bear in her dedicated PTAB practice.  Elisabeth has been recognized as a Rising Star by Managing IP and Super Lawyers, and is on the inaugural Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list.
