Ryan Elliott serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Syndicated Acquisitions at RPX Corporation. Throughout his tenure, he has led strategic and complex transactions delivering billions of dollars in value to the RPX membership. Ryan specializes in developing creative, efficient solutions to resolve seemingly intractable disputes between licensors and licensees.

Prior to joining RPX in 2011, Ryan worked as an engineer at Keyence Corporation, focusing on automation and robotic applications within the automotive industry. He holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
