Gaston Kroub is a Founding Partner at Kroub, Silbersher & Kolmykov PLLC and a Founding Member of Markman Advisors LLC ("MA"), a leading patent-focused consultancy for the investment community. In addition to performing diligence on and managing patent cases for both primary and secondary third-party litigation funders, Mr. Kroub and his partners at MA have built a decade-long track record of handicapping ongoing patent cases for some of the world's leading hedge funds and family offices.

Prior to founding MA and a companion IP litigation boutique firm in 2013, Mr. Kroub was an IP litigation partner at two large international law firms. He has been listed for IP Litigation by Super Lawyer magazine in New York for ten straight years, as well as by IAM in the IAM Strategy 300 with his partners every year since 2017. In addition, Mr. Kroub writes a well-read column on IP issues for AbovetheLaw.com and speaks and writes on numerous issues related to third-party litigation finance.

Mr. Kroub received his JD in IP/Media law from the Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and his BA in History/Pre-Med from New York University.
