Bryce Guingrich is the Chief Underwriting Officer of VALE and has been with the company since it’s start in 2015. Prior to joining VALE, Mr. Guingrich practiced law in New York, litigating insurance coverage disputes for multiple coverage areas, including representations and warranties insurance, IP insurance, directors & officers, fidelity and commercial crime bonds, and professional liability. Before law school, he worked as an insurance broker of for various coverage lines in the United States, London, and European markets. He started his career as a civil engineer in Florida.

Mr. Guingrich has a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a JD from Rutgers University, and an Intellectual Property LLM (Master of Laws) from Georgetown University.
